How to Make a Return

Our team will review your request and provide guidance for the next steps. Please note that returns sent without first initiating a request cannot be accepted.
STEP 2: Prepare & Mail Your Return
Package your item(s) securely. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
You may select a carrier of your choice to mail back your return. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
STEP 3: Confirm Your Shipment
Once you have mailed your package, please email clear photographs of your shipping receipt and tracking number to sales@katchme.co.uk . This is a crucial step to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
STEP 4: Refund Processing
Once your return is delivered to our facility, our team will inspect the item(s). Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.

For items like swimwear and bodysuits, returns can only be accepted if the hygiene liner remains fully intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

Any other items where it is noted on the product page that returns are not supported.
